USA Powerlifting Olympia Coach’s Pass

Must be purchased ahead of time.  Coaches passes WILL NOT be available at the event.

Step onto the competition floor, not just the spectator side.

The Coach’s Pass is required for any individual providing active coaching or handling for an athlete inside the warm-up room or competition platform area during the USA Powerlifting Olympia competition.

This pass identifies you as a coach and grants controlled access to restricted athlete areas throughout the event.

What This Pass Includes

• Floor access to the warm-up room
• Platform side coaching privileges
• Ability to handle and attempt select your athlete
• Expedited athlete support during attempts
• Access to the Olympia Expo

Why This Matters

USA Powerlifting events operate under strict safety and athlete flow rules.
Only registered coaches are allowed beyond spectator barriers.

If you plan to:
Call attempts
Guide your athlete through attempts
Be present in warm-ups

You must have a Coach’s Pass.

Important Rules

• One pass per coach (non-transferable)
• Must be worn and visible at all times
• Spectators, parents, and friends without a pass will not be permitted in restricted areas

Check-In

Your credential will be picked up at the event registration/credentials desk upon arrival.

Bring photo ID.

Limited Quantity

To maintain athlete safety and warm-up room capacity, coach passes are capped per session.
Once sold out, additional floor access will not be granted.

If you are planning to coach — purchase in advance.
Do not wait until meet day.  Coaches pass WILL NOT be available for purchase at the event.
