Why Work with the Limitless Meet Crew?

Paid Positions

This isn’t “free labor.” Our crew gets paid for their time.

Front Row to Big Lifts

You’re on the platform, at the table, or in the heart of the crowd when the biggest moments happen.

Consistent Opportunities

onthly local meets, major regional and national events, and a premier yearly trip to the Olympia.

Real Impact

A smooth, professional crew is the difference between a chaotic meet and an unforgettable experience for lifters, coaches, and fans.

Limitless Culture

We’re serious about standards, but we also have fun. Music’s loud, energy is high, and everyone’s on the same team.

Roles on the Meet Crew

Different meets need different staffing levels, but these are the core roles we hire for. On the form below, you’ll be able to check off which ones you’re interested in.

Referees
Requirement: Current USA Powerlifting Referee Certification (any level – we’ll ask for details on the form).
What you do: Judge attempts, enforce rules, and help keep the platform running to USAPL standards.
Ideal for: Experienced lifters, coaches, and officials who know the rulebook and want to be part of high-standard meets.
Interested in becoming a referee? Reach out to Quintin directly to get started, its a simple process and its free.

Scorekeepers
Requirement: USA Powerlifting Referee Cert recommended but not required (we can train the right people).
What you do: Run the scoring/attempt software, input attempts, watch for changes, and communicate with the platform and announcers.
Ideal for: Detail-oriented people who can stay locked in and focused under pressure.

Spotters & Loaders
What you do: Load plates, keep the platform safe, and move with speed and precision. This is one of the most physically demanding and crucial roles at any meet.
Ideal for: Strong, athletic individuals who love working as a team and staying active all day.

Concessions & Ticketing
What you do: Work the door, handle ticket sales/wristbands, and help with concessions and merch tables when needed.
Ideal for: Friendly, organized people who enjoy interacting with spectators and keeping the front-of-house running smooth.

Event Levels

Monthly Local Meets at Limitless Elite Gym

We host regular monthly local meets at Limitless Elite Gym in Appleton, WI. These meets are the heartbeat of our community – new lifters getting on the platform for the first time, seasoned athletes chasing state and national qualifying totals, and crowds packed into the gym.

  • Great for: Fox Valley locals and anyone within easy driving distance.
  • Roles needed: All positions – referees, scorekeepers, spotter/loaders, concessions, and ticketing.
  • Perfect entry point if you’ve never worked a meet before and want to learn our flow and standards.

Appleton-Hosted Regionals & National Championships

Limitless doesn’t just run gym meets. We host major USA Powerlifting events in the Fox Cities – including USA Powerlifting High School Nationals 2025 and Equipped & Bench Nationals in 2026, with more high-level events on the horizon.

These are bigger stages, more platforms, more lifters, and more moving parts – and that means we need a deep, dialed-in crew.

  • Great for: People with some meet experience or those eager to step up.
  • Roles needed: Full staff – referees, scorekeepers, platform crews, concessions, ticketing, and sometimes extra positions like expediters and check-in.
  • Expect: Longer days, higher production value, and the chance to be part of events lifters will remember for the rest of their careers.

The Olympia – Las Vegas: Premium Meet Crew Experience

The Olympia is the premium event on our calendar – massive stage, huge crowds, and some of the strongest lifters in the world under the lights.

We want the Olympia to be a next-level experience for everyone involved, and that starts with a meet crew that’s professional, locked in, and ready for the big show.

  • Great for: Crew members who want to level up and are willing to travel and commit to a full event schedule.
  • Roles needed: High-caliber referees, experienced scorekeepers, strong and reliable platform crews, and polished front-of-house staff.
  • Expect: Intense energy, long but rewarding days, and the chance to say: “I worked the Olympia.”

On the form below, you can let us know if you’re interested in being considered for Olympia crew selection.

How the Meet Crew Email List Works

  1. Fill out the form below with your contact info, experience, and which roles/events you’re interested in.
  2. We’ll add you to our Meet Crew Email List.
  3. When we open staffing for a meet, we’ll email the list with dates, roles available, pay details, and shift info.
  4. You’ll be able to reply or fill out a short follow-up form to claim your spot if you’re available.
  5. We’ll confirm your assignment, send reporting times, dress code (crew shirts, etc.), and any rules/briefing info before the event.

Filling this out doesn’t lock you into every meet – it just means you’re on our radar and get first notice when opportunities open up.
