USA Powerlifting Midwest Regional Championships

The USA Powerlifting Midwest Regional Championships bring together qualified athletes from across the Midwest for one of the largest and most competitive regional events of the year. Lifters will compete across multiple platforms over two days of competition in a professionally run championship environment.

This Regional Championship is open to lifters from the Midwest region including Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas. Lifters outside the region may enter as guest lifters in accordance with USA Powerlifting policy.

All competition is conducted under the current USA Powerlifting rulebook and all athletes are subject to USA Powerlifting drug testing policies.

Qualification

Athletes must:

• Hold a current USA Powerlifting membership

• Achieve the official USA Powerlifting Regional qualifying total within the qualifying period
  
  Qualifying Totals

• Register before the posted registration deadline

Qualifying totals must be achieved in a USA Powerlifting sanctioned competition.

Registration Deadlines & Important Dates

Registration Opens: March 14, 2026
Early Registration Discount Ends: March 21, 2026
Athletes who register before this date receive the discounted entry price.

Regular Registration Period: March 22 – August 14, 2026

Registration Closes: August 14, 2026 at 11:00 PM (EDT)
No entries will be accepted after this time.

Lifter Changes Close: August 28, 2026
(No division, weight class, or equipment changes permitted after this date.)

Late registration fees apply once the late entry period begins.

Entry Information

• Maximum lifters: 360

• Up to two divisions per lifter

• Team competition available

• Classic Raw and Equipped divisions offered

• Full powerlifting competition

Guest lifters are permitted but will not be eligible for Regional Championship awards.

Hosted by Limitless Powerlifting, the event will feature multiple competition platforms, spectator seating, vendor areas, and a championship-level competition experience for athletes and spectators alike.
