USA Powerlifting Olympia Championships

Statement from the USA Powerlifting National Office:
USA Powerlifting’s National Office confirms that American Records can be set at the Olympia, provided all competition and eligibility requirements are satisfied under USA Powerlifting rules.

All competitions are sanctioned by USA Powerlifting and conducted under the current USA Powerlifting Rulebook.
All lifters are subject to USA Powerlifting drug testing policies.

Weigh-ins: 2-hour weigh-ins the day of competition (no 24-hour weigh-ins).

Raw and Equipped divisions are permitted in all competitions.

Qualifying meets must be achieved between January 1, 2025 and registration close.

Event Schedule & Divisions

Olympia Open

Friday, September 25 — Session 1
Lifter Cap: 90
Qualification: Open to all eligible USA Powerlifting members

Scoring:
Awards determined by DOTS within each category and sex (not by individual weight class).

Bench Championship

Friday, September 25 — Session 2
Lifter Cap: 45
Qualification: Must have a competition result in a USA Powerlifting sanctioned meet

Scoring:
Awards determined by DOTS within each category and sex (not by individual weight class).

Deadlift Championship

Friday, September 25 — Session 2
Lifter Cap: 45
Qualification: Must have a competition result in a USA Powerlifting sanctioned meet

Scoring:
Awards determined by DOTS within each category and sex (not by individual weight class).

Youth, Teen, Junior & Masters Championship

Saturday, September 26 — Session 1
Lifter Cap: 60

Qualification Standards:

• Youth: No qualifying total required (must have posted a meet total)

• Teen / Junior / Masters: 300 DOTS + Age Coefficient

Scoring:
Awards determined by DOTS within each category and sex (not by individual weight class).

Prime Time Invitational

Saturday, September 26 — Session 2
Lifter Cap: 60
Entry: Invite Only

Invitations are based on the highest DOTS scores across all sessions and divisions.

Scoring:
Awards determined by DOTS within each category and sex (not by individual weight class).

Entry Policies

• Lifters may only enter one competition event per session

• Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable

Registration Schedule

• Early Registration: March 1st — Save $30

• Regular Registration: March 15th

• Late Registration: July 25th — $30 Late Fee

Spectator & Coach Information

• Spectators must have an Olympia Expo pass to view the competition

• Olympia Expo Passes are purchased through the Olympia
  

• Athletes receive Olympia Expo passes

• Coach passes are available for purchase and include Olympia Expo access.  Coaches passes must be purchased prior to the event.  Coaches passes will not be available at the event.
