She has been in the fitness industry for 10 years competing both as a natural bikini competitor and powerlifter. Sara began her coaching career 5 years ago. She offers a variety of services to wide demographic of clientele! Shes coaches physique athletes, elite powerlifters, military, police, moms, and more!

While each program is individualized to a client's needs and progress and modified as often as needed, there are a certain core protocols used for all clients. After almost 10 years in the fitness industry, and near 5 years coaching clients both in person and online, these are the methods found both backed by science as well as the most sustainable and healthy for the individual:


All clients will follow IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) aka Flexible Dieting approach to maintain a healthy relationship with all foods. Each client is provided with recommended daily protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber, sodium, water, and caffeine intakes, however the food choice is up to the client. This way each person can chose food they enjoy and will not feel deprived. Nutrient timing breakdown is also provided, but not required.


Due to the metabolic and hormonal effects of chronic dependence on cardio, the goal is to keep cardio to a minimal as possible at all times. A mix of both high, moderate, and low intensity cardio is utilized, however for most clients, the bulk of the time in the gym is focused on training


Weight training programming is the core focus of most client's workouts (with the exception of endurance athletes and those rehabilitating injuries). Programming is based upon the individual's schedule, comfort level, and goals in and out of the gym. Being that all rep ranges have their benefit, the goal is to use a range of training styles and rep ranges over a client's commitment. The volume and exercise of a given program are modified according to each client's goals and experience level in the gym. Programs lay out exercises, rep ranges, and sets for each day, as well as any pertinent information about weight selection and rest periods.
